You heard it right, I finally bought my first car! I have a black 2012 Hyundai Accent. It's awesome in all four categories. The driving is smooth and I'm very comfortable driving it, it's spacious, small, cute, and at a good price. I got it for 16,900 and only paying $240 a month.

I got this new car because my 1996 Geo Prizm just couldn't handle it anymore. I've had the darn thing for 3 years for Christ's sake. Ever since the ending of last year, I had goals to get a new car sometime between the middle of 2012. This was kinda a "I need a car now" type of deal. I went to Ford originally and saw a White Siesta Sports Car that I really liked, but weren't strong enough to co-sign. Plus, Ford is kinda hard to get approved. Plus, their cars aren't all that good either.

I went to Toyota yesterday out of desperation sort of. My car's brakes almost went out,and I just needed to go somewhere. This guy wanted to sell me a Toyota Corolla which was like 20,000 with a $300 dollar something monthly payment. and then he had the nerve to say those are the cheapest cars they have. I call bullshit.

I really like Hyundai and I recommend them to anyone. The guy that helped me wasn't a scam. He was truthful and honest with me, which I liked. Even though I'm 20 and young, I'm not dumb. I know and smell bullshit when I see it.

My next plan for early January is to move into a town home, get a good medical transcription job, and start setting another goal after I complete that one.
